We begin with a discovery conversation to understand your lifestyle, timeline, and expectations. From there, we determine scope and recommend the appropriate engagement structure.
2. In Person Lifestyle Consultation
All projects with Zane & Forester Interiors begin with an In-Person Lifestyle Consultation. This initial working session establishes clarity, alignment, and readiness before any design or execution begins. ($395)
3. Signature Access Engagement
Turn‑Key Residences are supported through Signature Access, our prepaid Lifestyle Design allocation. This structure allows us to work fluidly across design, organization, wardrobe management, and procurement without interruption.
4. Design, Sourcing & Execution
We develop the overall vision, source and procure all approved items, and manage coordination across vendors and trades while keeping your involvement minimal.
5. Installation & Completion
Your home is installed, organized, styled, and prepared for arrival—so you step into a space that feels finished, calm, and intentional.
